廣州、深圳、佛山購物中心發(fā)展的異同(論文連載)-1

內(nèi)容摘要 本文以廣州、深圳、佛山這三個商業(yè)曾領(lǐng)跑于全國的典型城市為研究對象,首先歸納總結(jié)了三地的經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展狀況,所有購物中心的開業(yè)年份、面積、投資發(fā)展商、主力商家等資料。然后從購物中心發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟背景,消費文化背景、消費者特性、選址定位、投資發(fā)展商、操盤手法等方面分析了三地購物中心的異同,梳理出三地購物中心的總體特點及發(fā)展演化規(guī)律。最后形成結(jié)論,即三地購物中心的發(fā)展演變,既是經(jīng)濟增長、社會進步的成果,同時也是與各地具體實際互相融合的結(jié)果; 三地購物中心的發(fā)展既保持了購物中心業(yè)態(tài)的一般特點,同時三者間又彼此交融影響。 關(guān)鍵詞:購物中心,演變,相同點,差異 Abstract Based on the study in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, which were used to nationwide leading in commerce,this paper analyzes the development of shopping mall in these places .First of all, It summarized the three cities’ economy and social development, including the information about the opening year, size, investor, investment and the main business ,etc. And From the perspective of microcosmic aspect, The paper analyzes the similarities and differences among the three shopping malls, including the shopping mall economic background, the context of consumer culture, consumer characteristics, location, investment developers, the way of operation,thus finding their overall characteristics and the evolution of the development of the three shopping mall. Finally, the paper concluded that the three places not only evolved through economic growth and social progress, but also the result integrated with the concrete practice of the various places.
